The show works because someone made it work.
Live production direction, touring, and artist operations for Grammy- and Tony Award–winning artists. I turn creative ambition into a show that hits the same way every night.
Most people in Artist Management came up through logistics. I came up through sound.
I spent years behind the board, recording at Capitol, RCA Studio A, and Avatar/Power Station NYC, and mixing front-of-house sound in iconic venues across the country. Places like the Hollywood Bowl, the Kennedy Center, and Walt Disney Concert Hall. That experience changed everything for me: once you’ve literally stood where the artist stands, you lead the operation in a completely different way.
As the work expanded beyond the mix, I began running tours, managing seven-figure production budgets, and serving as the through-line between artists, management, agents, promoters, venues, and crews, the person responsible for keeping it all together when it matters most.
Today, I lead live production and touring operations for award-winning artists while continuing to pursue my passion for audio engineering. I build the systems that allow ambitious projects to happen on time, on budget, and at a standard the audience feels but never sees.
Trusted by Grammy and Tony Award–winning artists across 600+ concerts, $30M+ in managed production, and national touring at the highest level.
Live Production Direction
I own the show from pre-production through the final note. Every technical, creative, and logistical decision runs through me so that by the time the lights come up, there's nothing left to figure out.
Touring Operations
National tours across major markets, 15, 20, 30 dates. I handle the advancing, the budgets, the travel, the crew, and the vendors. The job is making a moving operation feel like it's standing still.
Audio Engineering
Front-of-house mixing and studio work; the Hollywood Bowl, Capitol Studios, Walt Disney Concert Hall. This is where I started, and it still shapes how I hear everything else.
Artist Operations
I sit between the artist and everything else. Schedules, stakeholders, and last-minute changes. I absorb the complexity, so the artist never has to carry it. Their only job is the work.

Who I Really Am
Renée Elise Goldsberry — 2025
Goldsberry's debut studio album, seven years in the making. What started as a soul and gospel project built on the road in performing arts centers, on symphonic stages, at late-night sets, finally became a record. This is what that touring life sounds like when you commit it to tape.

The Christmas Tour
Leslie Odom, Jr. — 2023 - Ongoing
A full-scale national holiday tour that keeps growing. Full production, major markets, and a 90% sellout rate in 2025. The kind of run where the operation has to scale with the demand — and every year, it does.
Preparation is protection.
The best shows look effortless because someone made a thousand decisions before the doors opened. I build systems that anticipate, so teams can execute with confidence and artists can perform without friction.
Sound is how I think.
Coming up as an engineer didn't just teach me audio. It taught me to listen to a room, to a team, to what an artist isn't saying. That instinct drives every operational decision I make.
Standards are quiet.
I'm not interested in the loudest way to do things. I'm interested in the most precise, the most considered, the most sustainable. Excellence should be felt, not performed.
The work behind the work is the work.
Good work starts with a conversation.
Whether it's a tour, a single show, or a bigger operational conversation; I'm interested in work where the standard actually matters.
